SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Automotive Coastal Equipment Services (ACE Services) is a young and rapidly growing automotive equipment supplier, leading the region in the sales and service industry . We have an immediate need for a qualified service manager who values hard work, customer satisfaction and delivering the highest quality service.

Responsibilities:

  • Build customer relationships and loyalty while delivering exceptional customer service

  • Interview potential employees and work through the hiring process with office personnel

  • Efficiently manage multiple jobs

  • Lead, manage and train field technicians to align with our companies’ vision and core values

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

  • Complete required paperwork utilizing maintenance software program documenting parts usage and repair time

  • Inventory management and cost control

  • Maintaining safety policy for all field technicians

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services through company sponsored training

  • Maintain an organized & clean work area and company service vehicle

  • Comply with company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates should have a minimum of five years experience in automotive service industry

  • Excellent communication skills are needed to successfully interact with customers, vendors and co-workers

  • Task-driven, professional, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team

  • Strong leadership and team building skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Positive and professional demeanor

  • Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and pass an MVR background check

  • Provide their own basic tools​

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and Saturdays
